As the sports editor, I was responsible for writing a column for every issue of the magazine. I believe writing a column for every issue strengthened my op/ed voice and helped me to further flesh out my opinions, allowing me to flourish as an editor and a writer. Getting feedback from others on staff made me perceptive to others' opinions.
